Soooo… I want to order this but it is pricey. I see a lot of people saying it helped their craving and suppressed their appetites. I on the other hand gained 13lbs-20lbs once I hit 25 years old. I am now 30 and can’t loose it. I get discouraged with the gym because I am impatient and the pounds don’t come off quick enough. I eat right (80% of the time), don’t crave junk food and don’t eat all the time. I only want to get back down to 125 and I am currently at 143. Will this be a good product to try for someone not needing to loose 50+ pounds? I am getting married in 6 months so I want to look great with out looking starved.
My dad takes metformin for his diabetes (ok, so his entire side of the family takes it for diabetes— PCOS and diabetes run through out my family history) and he suggested that I start with 1 a day for 2 weeks and then work up to my 2 a day suggested dose after that. I have found that waiting for my meal to settle a little while (usually about 15-20 minutes really helped me to avoid a lot of discomfort. I already have bathroom “issues” (I tend to go A LOT; a very regulated 30 minutes after I put anything in my mouth) so by waiting it just kind of wrapped into my normal habit and seemed a lot less intense.
Influenza can be associated with various neurologic and behavioral symptoms (including hallucinations, delirium, abnormal behavior), with fatal outcomes in some cases; such events may occur with encephalitis or encephalopathy but can occur without obvious severe disease. There are postmarketing reports (mostly in Japan) of delirium and abnormal behavior leading to injury, with fatal outcomes in some cases, in influenza patients using this drug. Although frequency is unknown, based on usage, these events appear uncommon. These events were primarily reported in pediatric patients, often with abrupt onset and rapid resolution. The contribution of this drug to such events has not been established.
Side effects with similar or higher incidence among placebo patients included insomnia. [ Ref ]
